When you begin working with Whoops Word Proofreading, you'll be booked in for a FREE consultation. After you have sent through your project for evaluation, we will assess your unique requirements and liaise with you to understand your goals, your preferred style guides, and the deadline for the project.
An estimated cost will be provided after the initial discussion. Work <10,000 words will require a 20% deposit before work begins. Work >10,000 words will require a 50% deposit before work begins. Don't worry! Our invoices have clear instructions.
Proofreading is done, unless otherwise specified, in Track Changes in Microsoft Word.
All clients are within their rights to request a review of work if unsatisfied. A request for three reviews may be made, after which additional charges ($10 per revision) apply.
